LONDON DELIVERY

We can offer FREE DELIVERY in our own electric van on orders of £60 or more to the following London postcodes:

SE1, SE4, SE5, SE6, SE8, SE11, SE13, SE14, SE15, SE16, SE17, SE21, SE22, SE23, SE24, EC, E1, E2, E3, E5, E8, E9, E14, N1, N4, N5, N7, N16, N19, NW1, WC, W1, W2, SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW7, SW8, SW9, and SW11

Shipping elsewhere in London is free over 12 bottles, and £10 for orders under. If you are not within the above mentioned postcodes, a delivery charge of £10 will apply if your order is below 12 bottles.

Deliveries tend to take place as follows:
SE London, North/East London: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
West London / SW London: Thursdays.

To be as energy-efficient as possible we will often batch deliveries together in our electric van so the delivery day may vary. You will receive a notification once your wine is out for delivery.

Discounts in London: If you buy a case of six or 12 bottles within the listed postcodes above, we have the following discount codes:

10% off a 6-bottle case – use code LONDON6 at checkout*

15% off a 12-pack – use code LONDON12 at checkout*

UK Delivery within three working days.

Flat rate delivery fee of £10 for all UK wine orders below 12 bottles.

Free delivery on orders of 12 bottles or over.

NATIONWIDE DELIVERY TIME SLOT

Generally speaking, the courier service does not provide an hourly slot for delivery.

WHAT IF YOU'RE NOT AT HOME?

If you are not at home when they try to make the delivery, the courier service will leave you a note to try to make a second delivery or arrange a pick-up at their facilities.

DELAYS

While the couriers do a great job and successfully deliver all our orders, we cannot guarantee they will complete every delivery on time.

Very occasionally there could be a delay caused by breakage, a crash or road closure on the motorway network, or simply bad weather like heavy snow. If this happens they will deliver your wine as soon as is reasonably possible.

We cannot offer a refund of delivery charge in case of a short delay.

BREAKAGES

Any wine bottles broken while in transit will be replaced without extra charges.
