Classic Muscadet with a little richness thanks to some lees ageing: fresh apples, beach stones, lemon zest, and salted butter. ‘Les 2 Terres’ refers to the two soil types at the domain — granite and gabbro — which give the grapes, and the wine, different but complimentary qualities.
