Amphora Pinot 2022

Plush and linear Pinot Noir aged for 8 months in amphora. Lots of blueberry, cranberry, cherry, cassis, grippy but not tannic, a little floral and earthy, with a salty mineral note derived from the amphora. Cries out for charred asparagus and hearty stews. Zero additions. Pure wine.
