Balle dans le Pied 2024

Arthur Peltier and Achille Ravineau's perfect bistro red made from negocé fruit from organic neighbours. 70% Gamay, 20% Côt (the local Loire name of Malbec), 10% Cabernet Franc, aged in a large truncated oak vat for 6 months. This is delicate, pure, but with bountiful red berries, bright aromatics, and bit of white pepper. Unfined and unfiltered, with a small amount of sulphur at bottling. Amazing value.
