Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 (pre-order)

The Séléné Beaujolais Nouveau is always a hit: 100% Gamay, pure and juicy with bright red fruit and a lovely floral note. Much more wine than your standard Nouveau, but with the classic drinkability that makes it such a fun and celebratory drop. Unfined and unfiltered. Minimal sulphur used at bottling.

Beaujolais Nouveau is a vin de primeur (early wine), the first wine of the year. Here, the grapes were harvested in late September 2025, vinified in tank, with a quick rest in concrete, before bing bottled in October, and sold to public on the third Thursday of November.
