Blanc de Noirs

A rare gem! A still Cab Franc blanc de noirs (meaning a white wine made from red grapes). In order to retain freshness, the grapes are harvested 3 weeks earlier than those for their red wines, before being gently direct-pressed to minimise any colour extraction from the grape skin. The result is wonderful and complex: direct, medium-bodied, layered, and alive. Zero additions. Pure wine.
