Sparkling: NV Crémant de Loire - Domaine de Bablut (Loire, France)
Chenin, Chardonnay, Grolleau, Cabernet Franc
Traditional method (Champagne style) sparkling from a blend of classic Loire grapes. This is bursting with green apple, citrus, brioche, and some richness. Perfect aperitif. 

Sparkling: 2022 Pet Nat Rose - Brand (Pfalz, Germany)
Pinot Noir
Cherry drops, pretty, delicate red fruit, beautiful refreshment. Works well for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desert...

White: 2023 Melon B. - Landron Chartier (Loire, France)
Melon de Bourgogne
We see Muscadet as a Christmas necessity, up there with crackers and challenging family dynamics. This sees some extended lees aging, adding extra texture, body, and weight to the wine. Magic with seafood.

White: 2022 Lune Rousse - La Ferme Des Sept Lunes (Northern Rhone, France)
Roussanne 
White Saint Joseph with a stunning balance of richness and acidity. Ripe orchard fruits, especially pear, shares the fruit basket with some pineapple, mango, and a refreshing citrus lift - all while remaining reassuringly weighty. Will sing with white meats and creamy sauces. 

Red: 2023 Meunier Chardonnay - Ham Street (Kent, UK) 
Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay
On the lighter side (some might call this a dark rosé) with incredibly pure red fruits. Juicy, floral, and simply delightful. Can take a chill. A glass or two of this while busying around the kitchen could be quite the tonic. 

Red: 2023 Rosso Ortaccio - Cantina Ortaccio (Bolsena, Italy)
Sangiovese, Greghetto
Rich and romantic red from the volcanic soils of Lake Bolsena, Lazio. This is everything we look for in a Christmas red - smooth, with lots of black fruit, a hint of wood, smoke, and spice. Big enough for the occasion, but it won't require an immediate nap (unless you want one, of course.)
