Clin d'Oeil 2021

Rare centenarian vines of the lost Languedoc grape variety Oeillade, once dubbed the ‘Pinot of the South’. 2021 was a cooler vintage, so the wine is fresher and more supple than in previous years, but without losing any of it rustic, southern charms. Deep red and black fruit, fresh plum, dusty herbs, and fine powdery tannins. A real beauty.
