A field blend from the parcel it’s named after - 'the high place’. Liquid tarte tatin, with salt and acid for good measure, very gastronomic. The 2022 has a real generosity of spirit, full luscious mouthfeel, textured, rich, whilst retaining great freshness of fruit at the finish.
