Field Blend 2023

Lighter than the 2022, we are firmly in rosé territory here, with delicate pretty berries, hedgerow florals, and a wonderful length. This a beautiful wine from Lucie and Jules, organic and biodynamic farming, and only a tiny addition of sulphur in the cellar.
