Fledermaus Rot 2023

Dedicated to the bats that produce the guano used to fertilise the vineyards. Made with Pinot Meunier (of Champagne fame), a grape not often used in still wines. Whole bunch carbonic maceration, aged in steel and barrel on full lees until bottling. Fruity, mineral, serious glouglou with depth. Zero additions. Pure wine.
