Fruit Defendu 2023

A one-off, produced only in this vintage. Fruit Defendu is an old-vine cuvée, arising from a rare opportunity Christian had to use some organic fruit with friends from Savigny and Puligny. Dark fruited and broader than we've seen from Dandelion before, but with soft tannins and their signature elegance.
