Skin contact Ortega from the lads at Titch Hill. The fruit is from Forty Hall vineyard in London. Then it’s equal thirds each of a barrel filled with direct press juice, a tank of a 6 day de-stemmed maceration, and another tank of three-week carbonic maceration. Super fresh, lots of citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, and nicely rounded out by the skin-contact. A refreshing, pure juice.
