Grappe Me 2023

Super juicy, joyful Cab Franc, on the lighter side, with bags of red fruit, rich cherry, and strawberry leaf. The winemaker Béa jokes that she scolds French cavistes when they call it a rosé: "It's not a rosé! It's a very light red!" We have to agree with Béa on this - Grappe Me is a light, pure, fun, lively red, with lovely mouth-weight, low tannins, and surprising depth. Don't have it too cold. Zero additions. Pure wine.
