Super juicy, joyful Cab Franc, on the lighter side, with bags of red fruit and strawberry leaf. The winemaker Béa jokes that she scolds French cavistes when they call it a rosé: "It's not a rosé! It's a very light red!" We've placed it in the rosé section, but these things are relative. Zero additions.
