The wine formerly known as ‘Under & Over’ - Andi’s collaborative field-blend returns under a new name and this time with the help of friends from London restaurants Ducksoup, Jolene, Bubala, and Elliot's. Weighty old-vine Muller-Thurgau acts as a base, with the remaining 60% comprising equal parts Scheurebe, Silvaner, and Pinot Blanc- resulting in a bright, aromatic, elegant, and mineral wine, with some saline white peach and a lovely length. Very drinkable. Zero additions.
