Arthur Peltier and Achille Ravineau grew up in Cheverny, in central Loire, and have known each other since they were teenagers. They cut their teeth with mentors like Philippe Pacalet (Burgundy), Les Foulards Rouges (Roussilon), and Cheverny legends Hervé Villemade and Clos du Tue-Boeuf, before taking the leap into their own project.
A co-planted parcel of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Chardonnay, planted over clay and flint, pressed slowly and aged for 12 months in barrel. Beautiful orchard fruit, crushed citrus, ginger, spice, juicy acids, depth, length, and a nice richness from the barrel. Zero additions. Pure wine.
Very small quantities - we only received one case.
