Little Sister MV

A multi-vintage blend of white and red grapes from 2023 and 2024, combining direct press Bacchus aged in stainless steel, blended with co-fermented Regent and Seyval from 2024, before the addition of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris that had been resting in barrel since 2023. 

Starts like a white, ends like a light red, with all of Matt's usual glorious English hedgerow notes, along with a touch of something deeper, smokey, and savoury. It works beautifully as a chilled red, but there's also enough complexity for a slow sit-and-sip. (The head-friendly low ABV is a welcome plus.)
