Brilliant Rhone white from Jean Delobre at La Ferme Des Sept Lunes. 100% Roussane from a younger parcel of vines on the plateau beside Jean's house, vinified in tank and aged for a year in concrete egg and a larger old barrel. This has such a wonderful balance of freshness and body, good acidity and richness, lots of orchard fruit - poached pear! - as well as some pineapple, even mango, a little honey and spice. A wonder, at a fantastic price. This will last for years. Zero additions. Pure wine.
