Notre Method

Champagne method Chenin Blanc from Vouvray. Fruit from two flint-heavy plots, harvested by hand, fermented in steel, aged 9 months on light lees, then bottled in June 2023 (with 15mg/l added sulphur), before aging for 2 years in bottle before release. Aromatic, crisp, detailed and delicious, with ripe orchard fruit and some saline minerality. Sparkling for every occasion. An absolute steal at this price point.
