Vincent’s ode to the local unicorns. Juicy, pithy skin-macerated field blend of varietals fermented together for 6 months in amphora. Lots of apricot, grapefruit, and a hint of tangerine. Extremely easy drinking. Low tannin, high acid, all fun.
