Orange 2023

The zero added sulphur version of Matt Gregory's superb skinsy Solaris. Matt’s bona-fides playing with long macerations in Piedmont make themselves known most clearly here: layers of pithy grapefruit, chamomile, ginger, smoke, wildflower honey, and a herbal hum. Worth savouring. Zero additions. Pure wine.
