Otium 2023

It never ceases to amaze us how Mataburro continue to produce such freshness in the heat of the Roussillon. The 2023 Otium is no exception. A beautifully pure and ethereal rosé from old vine Grenache, with a splash of Macabeu, Grenache Gris, and Carignan. Linear, mineral, dynamic, and complex. Don’t have it too cold. 2023 was great vintage for Laurent and Melissa. Get them while you can.
