A big blend of the Languedoc's most emblematic grape varieties, it reads like a greatest hits compilation: Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Syrah. This is dark-hearted, dank and briney, with deep concentrated fruits and a lift of acidity that gives way to structured, sappy tannins. Crying out for hearty winter dishes. Best drunk in one sitting.
