Here's something very special from Vincent Alexis of Chateau Barouillet. In Vincent's words: "Chenin blanc from 2012 with 12 years under voile [flor]. It’s like a vin jaune but with a south west accent!" Notes of nuts, dried fruit, spice, with a salty lift. Flies close to a Fino sherry, but uniquely its own thing. A one of a kind. Hardly any bottles exist.
