Sourced from a foudre he tops up with new juice as he bottles every other year, this 2021 edition comprises the 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021 vintages. It walks the line beautifully between the depth and complexity of an older vintage, lifted with the vitality of younger wines. An ever-interesting, thoughtful, and delicious wine.
