Pet Nat 2024

Renowned for their brilliant still wines, the Pet Nat is where Domaine Dandelion get to experiment a little more. This is from a parcel of 40-year-old co-planted Pinot Noir and Gamay, situated high above Pommard, Burgundy, in the middle of pine forests; whole-bunches pressed directly, then fermented for about 14 days before bottling with a little residual sugar. No disgorgement. Zero additions. This is a racy number - big pink grapefruit up front, wild raspberry, very mineral, with a surprising amount of texture and body. Quite the ride. Very limited quantities.
