Pinot de Zinc 2022

From a warm, dry year, and partly comprising of negoce fruit from deeper red clay soils and a warmer parcel farmed by a friend near Pouligny. This is a little more brooding than the 2022 Dandelion's, with concentrated, almost tangy fruit, and a beautiful mineral length. As with all reds Dandelion, this will only get better with age. Zero additions. Pure wine. ('Zinc' is French slang for the countertop in a bar. Pinot for the bar!)
