Plein Nord 2022

The lesser-spotted Grolleau Gris here, which is rarely found in a single-varietal wine. (I can't think of another wine, but surely one exists...?) On the light red / dark rose spectrum, this is very savoury with tart red fruit, crisp red apple, and a glorious texture that tingles on the tongue. A versatile food pairing, this is made for the table.
