Rotling

A return to Germany for Sophie Evans. An aromatic, textural delight, with bags of pure fruit and lively acidity. Beautiful stuff and clean as a whistle. Sophie spent a week helping her friend Emily Campeau of Wein Goutte with harvest, and picked herself a few rows of Domina and Muller Thurgau to make a Rotling - a rosé of red and white varieties.
