A very special wine for Lucy, named for her mentor - and Italian natural wine hero - Saša Radikon. A maceration of 100-year-old Xarel•lo, aged in one chestnut barrel for 6 months. Incredibly gastronomic, complex, long, with fleshy stone fruits and a herbal lift, all tied together with a tight grip of tannin. A charming wine and a beautiful tribute.
