A very special wine for Lucy, named for her mentor Sasa Radikon. A maceration of 100 year old Xarel•lo. Aged in one chestnut barrel for 6 months, incredibly gastronomic, complex and long. Fleshy stone fruit and herbal lift tethered by a tightly wound grip of tannin.
