Vincent’s iconic pet nat returns. Using Semillon grapes once destined for his family’s sweet-wine Monbazillac production, Vincent tapped into a better way to channel the grape’s hidden energies: zero sulphur pet nat. Citrus, apple, minerals. Super fresh and with plenty of froth. Ideal as an aperitif or even with desert. One to enjoy with friends again and again. A light filtration. Zero additions. 

We recently drank a 2017 and it had aged incredibly (shockingly) well.
