A juicy, soft Pinot with bright fruit, low tannins and great length. A wine to drink now.
Sur La Plage stylistically sits between last year's Rosie Red, and the Hautes-Côtes - picked from the Vigne de Rose parcel – a site of Pinot Noir planted over sandy soils in the 1960's. Vigne De Rose – named for Morgane & Christian's daughter – is a warm, south facing parcel, surrounded by forest, and many cows.
