Energetic Muscadet from Marion & Manu at Complemen'Terre. This has a lovely balance of fruit, freshness, weight, their trademark minerality and acidity. Unripe pear, melon, green apple, a little grapefruit, lemon curd. Incredible with sea food - of course - but also a great partner to rich/aged cheeses and roast white meats - or as a refreshing aperitif. Salut.
